Workspace

Create a new workspace

Start an additional workspace - a separate hiring space with its own forms, candidates, members, branding, and plan - and switch between your workspaces.

What it is

A workspace is your team's hiring space - it has its own forms, candidates, members, branding, and plan. You can belong to more than one workspace and create new ones; each is completely separate. When you create a workspace you become its Admin (owner).

Steps

  1. Open the profile / workspace menu at the top of the left sidebar (your avatar).
  2. Click New workspace.
  3. On Create a workspace, enter a Workspace name ("This is generally the name of your company or team."). You can also add a Logo (optional).
  4. Click Create workspace.
  5. Binary switches you into the new workspace. It starts empty - create your first form (Create a form) and invite teammates (Add members to a workspace).

Switching between workspaces

The same profile / workspace menu lists every workspace you belong to. Click a workspace to switch to it - a check marks the one you're currently in. Your selected workspace determines which forms and candidates you see across the app.

Notes & limits

  • The person who creates a workspace is its Admin / owner.
  • Each workspace is independent - forms, candidates, members, branding, and the plan don't carry over between workspaces.
  • You can be a member of several workspaces and switch freely from the profile menu.
  • New workspaces start on the Free plan; upgrade from Settings → Workspace (see the plans & billing doc).
