Set up your public page

What it is

Your public page is a public listing of your workspace's open roles. It lives at https://binary.so/{handle} and lists all your live forms in one place, so you can share a single link with candidates. Setting it up has three parts: picking the handle (the link), choosing which forms appear, and optionally customizing the page.

1. Set the public link (handle)

1. Go to Settings (https://binary.so/settings) → the General tab.
2. Find the Public link row (its tooltip reads "This link shows all live forms and can be shared with candidates"). It shows your current link, binary.so/{handle}.
3. Click the link or the pencil icon to open the Change handle dialog.
4. Type your desired handle. Rules: lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only, at least 4 characters. Binary checks availability live ("This handle is available" / "This handle is already taken").
5. Save - you'll see "Handle updated." Use the open-link icon next to the field to preview the page in a new tab.

2. Choose which forms appear

The public page shows a form only when both are true:

• the form is live (Published / accepting submissions), and
• the form's Show on public page setting is on.

To set it: open the form's editor → Form settings (gear) → toggle Show on public page. Its description reads "When accepting submissions, show this form on [your public page]." Drafts and closed forms never appear. See Edit a form and Form statuses.

3. Customize the public page (optional)

Open your public page (binary.so/{handle}) and, as an Admin, use the Edit link to open the public-page editor. There you can customize the page's content (such as its heading and description). Changes auto-save ("Saving…" → "Changes saved").

4. Share it

Share https://binary.so/{handle} with candidates, on social posts, or in form descriptions - anyone can view it and apply to the listed forms.

Notes & limits

• Admins set the handle and customize the public page.
• Handles must be unique across Binary, 4+ characters, lowercase letters/numbers/ hyphens only.
• The page only ever shows live forms that have Show on public page enabled.
