Workspace analytics

What it is

Workspace analytics aggregates hiring metrics across all your forms. Open it from Analytics in the left sidebar (https://binary.so/analytics).

What it shows

• Workspace metrics - Candidates, Review rate, Response rate, Avg review time, and Avg response time across the whole workspace.
• All forms - a list of every form with its own candidate count and rates, so you can compare forms and jump into any one's analytics.

Plan & access

• The workspace metric cards require the Business plan and Admin access - they appear locked otherwise.
• Non-admins see limited data (candidate totals) rather than the full rate/time metrics.
• The per-form All forms summaries are visible to members, but their rate metrics are Business-gated like the rest.

Notes & limits

• This is the cross-form view; for one form's detail (including views/conversion and the funnel), open that form's analytics - see Form analytics.
• Empty workspaces show a "no analytics yet" state until candidates come in.
