The Inbox

What it is

The Inbox (https://binary.so/messages) is where every candidate conversation across your forms lives. Open it from Inbox in the left sidebar.

Layout

• Conversation list (left) - one row per candidate conversation, newest message first. Each shows the candidate's name, their stage, a preview of the last message, the time, and an unread indicator.
• Message thread (middle) - the full back-and-forth with the selected candidate, with a composer at the bottom.
• Side panel (right, on desktop) - tabs for the candidate's Overview (their application details) and Interviews (interview feedback and rating).

Finding conversations

• Messages vs. Archived - the main list ("Messages") shows active conversations; switch to the Archived view for conversations of archived candidates.
• Unread toggle - a "Filter unread messages" toggle to show only unread conversations.
• Form filter - narrow to a single form, or All Forms (the default).
• Search - find a conversation by candidate name or email.

Notes & limits

• Conversations are sorted by most recent message.
• You see conversations for the forms you have access to.
