The Responses page (reviewing candidates)
The screen where you review a form's candidates - stage tabs, the candidates table, search, filters, AI Review, and opening a candidate.
What it is
The Responses page is where you review everyone who applied to a form. Open it by clicking a published form on the Forms home page.
Layout
Top bar: a back arrow, the form name and candidate count, and on the right the editor avatars (click to add editors), View form, Copy form link, and ··· icons (see Add members to a form and Share a form's application link).
Stage tabs: below the top bar, one tab per pipeline stage - by default New, Shortlisted, Archived, plus any custom stages (e.g. Interview) - each with a count, and a + to configure stages. The selected tab filters the table to that stage. See Stages.
Toolbar: a filter control, a search box, an AI Review button (when AI is enabled), and a ··· menu (Add Candidate, Export CSV).
Candidates table: one row per candidate. The default columns are Candidate (name), AI Review, Email, Created, and Labels, plus a column for each of the form's questions. Some columns appear only when relevant - Interviews once a candidate has interview feedback, Source once candidates come in from different sources (referral, admin-added), and an import column when candidates were imported. (A LinkedIn column shows up only if the form asks for a LinkedIn URL.) You can sort, resize (drag the column edge), reorder (drag the header), and protect columns. Column order and width are saved on the form - so they're shared with everyone who edits it, not just your own view. There's no "hide column" control; which columns show is otherwise automatic. Protecting a column restricts who sees it (see Protect a column).
What you can do here
- Open a candidate - click their row to open the candidate detail view (answers, files, comments, interviews, messages). See The candidate detail view.
- Move candidates through stages - see Stages.
- Search and filter the list - see Search and filter candidates.
- Select candidates (row checkboxes) to act on many at once - a bulk-actions bar appears. See Bulk actions on candidates.
- Add a candidate manually - ··· → Add Candidate (useful for sourced candidates).
- Export the current view to CSV - ··· → Export CSV. See Export candidates to CSV.
- Add labels to organize candidates - see Add and manage labels.
Notes & limits
- The page shows candidates for the current stage tab; switch tabs to see other stages.
- Only people with access to the form can open its Responses page (workspace Admins, plus editors added to the form).
- "Submissions", "candidates", and "applications" all mean the same thing.
