Delete a form

Permanently delete a form and all of its candidates and data from the home page.

What it is

Deleting a form removes the form and everything attached to it - all of its candidates, their answers, and the related chats. It cannot be undone from the app, so if you only want to stop new applications, close the form instead (see Form statuses).

Steps

  1. Go to the Forms home page (https://binary.so).
  2. Open the ··· menu on the form's row.
  3. Click Delete form (shown in red).
  4. A confirmation appears - "Are you sure?" / "This will permanently delete the form {form name} and all its associated data."
  5. Click Yes, permanently delete. You'll see a "Form deleted successfully" confirmation and the form disappears from the list.

Notes & limits

  • Permanent. Deleting removes the form and all its candidates, answers, and chats. There's no undo in the app.
  • Anyone with access to the form (its editors, including workspace Admins) can delete it.
  • To stop accepting applications without losing the form and its candidates, close it instead - turn off the publish toggle on the home page (see Form statuses).
  • There's no bulk delete for forms - delete them one at a time.
