Share a form's application link

Get a form's public application link to share with candidates.

What it is

Once a form is published, it has a public application form candidates fill in. You share its link directly or list it on your public page.

The form's public application lives at https://binary.so/{identifier}. To grab it:

  • Copy link - on the home page's ··· menu for the form, or the copy-link icon at the top-right of the form's Responses page. (You'll see "Link copied.")
  • View form - opens that public form in a new tab so you can see what candidates see.

Both actions are available only for published forms (drafts have no public link).

What candidates see

The public form shows your logo, the form description, the questions, and (when enabled) widgets like location. After submitting they see your success message (see Form settings). If the form is closed, they see "This form is not accepting submissions right now."

Notes & limits

  • Sharing requires the form to be published (see Form statuses).
  • To show all your live forms in one place, use your public page (see Set up your public page).
  • Binary does not provide an embed - there's no way to embed the form in an iframe on your own site. Share the link or use your public page instead.
