The Candidates page (all candidates across forms)
The workspace-wide Candidates list - every candidate from every form in one table, with the form and stage each is in.
What it is
The Candidates item in the left sidebar opens a workspace-wide list of every candidate across every form - useful when you want to find someone without knowing which form they applied to. It's different from a single form's Responses page (which shows just that form's candidates).
The page header shows "Showing {N} candidates" (the total across the workspace).
What it shows
A table with one row per candidate and these columns:
- Candidate - name
- Form name - which form they applied to
- Form Stage - their stage within that form's pipeline (New / Shortlisted / Archived / …)
- Created - when they applied
What you can do
- Search by candidate name/email (search box, top-right).
- Filter with the filter control. The filter menu offers: Reply Status, Comments, Form name, Form Stage, Labels, Source, and Interviews.
- Open a candidate - click their row to open them on their form's Responses page.
- The list infinite-scrolls (loads more as you reach the bottom).
Notes & limits
- This is a read-and-navigate view. Actions that change candidates - moving stages, messaging, bulk actions, AI review - happen on a form's Responses page (see The Responses page).
- What you see respects your access: workspace Admins see all forms' candidates; Members see only candidates from forms they have access to.
The Responses page (reviewing candidates)
The screen where you review a form's candidates - stage tabs, the candidates table, search, filters, AI Review, and opening a candidate.
The candidate detail view
Open a candidate to see their answers, files, AI review, comments, interviews, and message thread - and act on them.
