Candidates

Move a candidate to another form

Move a candidate from one form to another in the same workspace, keeping their data.

What it is

You can move a candidate from one form to another within the same workspace - useful when someone applied to (or was added to) the wrong form. The candidate keeps their data; their answers are re-mapped onto the destination form's matching questions.

Steps

  1. Open the candidate from the Responses page (click their row).
  2. Click the ··· menu at the top-right of the candidate view (it has Edit, Move, Delete).
  3. Click Move.
  4. In the "Move to another job" dialog, choose the destination from Select a job.
  5. Click Move.

What happens

  • The candidate is moved to the chosen form and their answers are re-mapped onto that form's questions where they match.
  • Future-scheduled interviews are deleted - the dialog warns: "Interviews scheduled for the future will be deleted. All other data will be retained."
  • Their stage resets on the new form, and AI review re-runs against the new form's criteria.

Notes & limits

  • You can only move to another form in the same workspace.
  • Everything except future interviews is retained; answers that don't have a matching question on the new form simply aren't shown there.
  • Anyone with access to the form can move its candidates.
